The site is provided as is, with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the information is always current, or that a professional will be available in your zip code at any given time. Use of the site is at your own risk.

Professionals listed in the directory are independent, licensed businesses, not employees or partners of Prestamistas Hipotecarios. Each one is responsible for their own advice, their own conduct, and any service they provide to you. Prestamistas Hipotecarios does not review or approve any professional's work beyond confirming that their license was active at the time they were listed.

Prestamistas Hipotecarios is not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction you enter into with a professional listed here. Any dispute is between you and that professional.

When you send a message through the site, or ask us to find you a professional, we pass your name and contact details to one licensed professional who advertises for your zip code. If nobody advertises there yet, we keep your request and contact you when we have someone. Professionals pay us to advertise. We do not charge you, and we do not receive a fee, a commission, or a referral payment from any transaction you make.

Home search, loan application, and calendar links open sites run by the professional or their company, not by us. A pre-approval request made on this site is a request to be contacted by a licensed lender. It is not a credit application, and nothing on this site is a loan approval or a commitment to lend.

Professionals who advertise here do so under a separate Advertising Agreement that they accept in the professional portal. For that relationship, the Advertising Agreement controls over these terms.

We reserve the right to remove a listing or suspend an account at any time, without notice, if we believe these terms have been violated.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute related to use of the site will be resolved under that jurisdiction.
